Safety first/A terp in Hanoi

A thousand years ago Frisian people built hills called ‘terpen’. They did it to protect themselves and their houses from often occurring floods. Nowadays the danger of floods is on of the most pressing issues in our society. Both in Vietnam and the Netherlands would be seriously hurt if the water levels keep rising at this current rate. How can we save the people? Well, by building a terp off course.
